I guarantee a measurable benefit at least 2x my fee within 90 days of a Strategy Session or 90-day Project.

If we not achieve a 2x return within 90 days, I will refund a pro-rata portion of the fee; that is, if we achieve 70% of the 2x benefit, I will refund 70% of the fee.

For obvious reasons I do not offer a guarantee on Exploratory Sessions but you can still qualify for up to 90% discount on an Exploratory Session when you download one of my free reports.

I offer a guarantee to reduce the risk to my client.

1. My guarantee assures clients that I will always prioritise their objectives over my fees; quite simply, I forfeit my fee if I don't prioritise the value my clients receive. Who wants to do that!

2. My guarantee helps clients to bridge the faith-gap and move forward with a Strategy Session or 90-day Project; each step of the process reinforcing the client's faith as results begin to flow.

3. My guarantee ensures that I choose clients wisely; coaches and consultants measure their success by the level of success they help their clients to achieve. We celebrate our client's successes!

In almost ten years of consulting, two clients have forfeited the guarantee while one client received a part-refund when a ‘concerned’ relative undermined their confidence and convinced them to close down the business a few weeks into the project; having witnessed many turnarounds, I still believe that decision was a sad mistake.

As a rule of thumb, most business owners are willing to invest about 10% of the benefit they expect to gain from an intervention.

In other words, let’s say that an intervention promises to reduce costs by $100,000 over the next year, most business owners are willing to invest around $10,000 to save the $100,000.

Likewise, if a business could increase their annual profit by $100,000, most business owners would be willing to pay $10,000 to achieve that result.

A 2x return within 90 days of a Strategy Session or Project equates to an 8x return over a year which means that my fee represents about 12.5% of the minimum, guaranteed benefit the client can expect to achieve. Many clients have achieved far more than an 8x return.
